Response location: Staging area; standardized manikin and monitor connected for learner UI testing.

Case framing

Single importable scenario to exercise guided-branching learner features: legacy vitals text (intro), hardware bedside monitor (power start-off, capno wave, HR-driven ECG, delayed clinical actions), pathway decisions with optional feedback, hotspot with external placeholder image, EMS call phase strip + operational/structured comms panel, embedded knowledge checkpoint, and Drug Box allow list (requires BRANCHMEDIC_DRUG_BOX_ENABLED=true and EmsMedicationLibrarySeeder). After import: open the scenario in Admin → publish the draft version, then play as /play/{org}/{slug}.
